A fine watch usually passes through several hands over its life. One workshop looks after the movement, another the case, a third the bracelet, and someone else again is asked whether the watch is right at all. ChronoCare does all of that in one place.
We are the watchmaking arm of Chrono Group, whose showroom is at Prive Residences in Dubai Hills. Our certified watchmakers work from our Dubai Hills workshop, so a single team knows your watch from the first look to the day it returns to your wrist.

Who looks after my watch at ChronoCare?
Certified watchmakers carry out every service at our Dubai Hills workshop. ChronoCare is the watchmaking arm of Chrono Group, the luxury watch dealer with a showroom at Prive Residences, and you deal with one team from first conversation to collection.
Are you authorised by the watch brands?
No. ChronoCare is an independent specialist and is not authorised by, or affiliated with, any watch manufacturer. We name brands only to show which watches we work on, among them Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Cartier, Vacheron Constantin, Tudor and F.P. Journe.
Can several services be done on one watch?
Yes, and that is the advantage of working under one roof. A watch can be serviced, polished and repinned as a single piece of work, with the watchmaker planning the order so that each step protects the one before it.

What will the work cost, and when will it be ready?
Both depend on the watch and its condition, so we do not quote in the abstract. After examining the watch we explain what it needs, and the work is agreed with you before anything begins.
